DeFraggler - How to Use (Continued)

You can either pause or stop the defragmentation process at any time without any concerns.  This lets you stop it if you need the computer.  Whatever defragmenting has been done up to that point is saved, so if you restart the process, it will always take up where it left off, and continue the job.
