Attaching Photo to Email - Introduction

A favorite way of sharing photos is to email them to friends and family.  In an earlier tutorial, resizing photos that are too large to email was covered.  But once they are resized to a nice 800 x 600 or 600 x 800 size, then how are they attached to an email.

I have GMAIL as my email provider, so I will cover how I do it with GMail.  Your email program probably uses a very similar method.  I hope it helps.
