Rental Description

Our one-bedroom unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay in this great community. The open and bright floor plan includes a full bathroom, queen-size bed with plenty of storage, and a cozy living room with two comfortable lazy boy recliners and a loveseat couch that pulls out into a single bed - perfect for hosting guests. The unit comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, and appliances like a coffee maker and mixer.

Outside, you'll find a large carport area for shaded relaxation, as well as a shed with an onsite washer and dryer, barbecue, and chairs. And when you're ready to explore the park, there are plenty of amenities to keep you busy, including swimming pools, hot tub, shuffleboard, horseshoes, pickleball courts, a gym, craft room, library, and community clubhouse for events.

Our monthly rental includes local antenna channels, smart TV with basic wifi, hydro limit, and free resort activities. A deposit is required.
